Hello fine people, I just wanted to share a few things I like to do, one of which is my absolute favorite thing to, I love to Barbecue and most importantly, I love to eat, I know their are tons of people out their that are on the same page as me, I like to invite my friends and family over and turn the music up and have some beers, grill some meat and light a fire in my homemade fire pit.. I got the fire pit Idea from a friend of mine, he invite me over and we ate, drank and lit a fire, I really enjoyed myself, it reminded me of when I was a kid camping with the family, the only difference is I get to go inside and sleep in my own bed, I know roughing it.. LOL, anyways, I know their are some barbecue conosuers out their, so if your interested, I will be posting more on barbecuing in future posts, like different kinds of rubs, spices and smoking techniques so I hope you stick with me for great new tastes and maybe, you might try some of these tips and entertain your friends and family this summer... I personally like to enjoy Barbecue all year round, just like the mailman, rain, sleet, snow any condition except to much wind is not good, unless you do a deep pit.. well get into that later...
